Chitra secures top-seed Women 6Reds Knockout; Ng On Yee grabs second seed

Chitra Magimairaj from India stayed unbeaten with all frames win in group stage of the Women 6Reds event and secured the top-seed slot for the knockout single elimination stage.
In her group, she defeated Armaghan Hassani of Iran, Waratthanun Sukritthanes of Thailand and Irina Gorbataya of Russia.
She is followed by Hong Kong player Ng On Yee who grabbed second seed after losing only one frame in all group stage matches she played. She had a group of five players and she defeated Arantxa Sanchis (India), Tatiana Istomina (Russia), Neeta Sanghvi (India) 3-0 and Theresa Whitten (Australia) 3-1.
Total 18 women players qualified from 6 groups for the single elimination stage and last four players i.e. Arantxa Sanchis vs. Neeta Kothari and Irina Gorbataya Vs. Jessica Woods will be playing a round before and the winners will join Chitra and Ng On Yee in Pre-Quarter finals.
