Siripaporn wins maiden world title

Siripaporn Nuanthakhamjan of Thailand won the 2nd edition of IBSF World Women 6Reds Championship and retained the title in Asia that was won by Ng On Yee last year.

Siripaporn Nuanthakhamjan of Thailand played well in the semi final match and knocked out former European champion and much experienced Tatjana Vasiljeva 3-1.
Both the Russian women players Anastasia Nechaeva and Daria Sirotina will see each other in the first semi final tomorrow morning. The second semi final will be played between Thailand's Siripaporn Nuanthakhamjan and Latvian player Tatjana Vasiljeva.
The first quarter final was between Anastasia Nechaeva of Russia and India's Vidya Pillai. Anastasia received tough contest from India's Vidya Pillai in two frames but more determined Anastasia captured both the frames on black ball to register 3-1 win and entered into semis.
