Chinese player Luo Honghao and India’s Shrikrishna were first two clear their last-32 matches to enter in pre-quarter finals of 2017 IBSF World Under-21 Boys Snooker Championship.
Defending champion of IBSF World Under-18 Snooker, Jackson page, was in need of only one frame in his last league match to qualify for knockout last 32 stage. It remained very easy for him as he won his last league match 3-nil against Amir Hossein Bagerifard of Iran to top the Group A as No.1
The first frame of today’s match had a close finish where Amir Hossein gave a tough fight to counter Page. However, in next frame, Page did not give any chance and compiled a break of 61 to seal second frame 90-0 and finally the last frame was also comfortable for Page to beat him 3-0 and qualify for knockout.
Another player qualified from this group is Xuan Tu from China who beat Kreishh Gurbaxani of India 3-0 to enter knockout stage.
