Browne had to put extra efforts for winning match against Shivam

Philip Brown - Ireland Philip Brown - Ireland IBSF Media

Philip Browne from Ireland managed to win in decider frame overcoming tough challenge from India's Shivam Arora.

After winning the first frame, Browne went down to two. He, however, pulled next two frame 45-14 and 59-08 to step ahead again but Shivam again bounced back and won the sixth frame on black ball game. In the decider, Browne played much controlled shot and left no stone unturned to win the frame and match.

Adrian Ridley from Australia blanked out Mateusz Baranowski of Poland in straight set of frames 4-Nil. In first three frames Adrian did not allow to score. The breaks of 72 and 66 in second and third frames were itself impressive.

Baranowski got some scoring shots in fourth frame but too late to do anything except bowing down.
