Antoni Kowalski of Poland becomes the 2019 IBSF World Under-16 Boys Champion. The championship was held at Tyumen, Russia and in the final Antoni defeated Hungarian and top-seed Bulcsú Révész 4-2.
A closely fought match was in favour of Bulcsú where he obtained 2-1 lead but after that that Antoni made a strong comeback to win fourth frame with huge margin.
Once the score was level, Antoni taken over full control and won remaining two frames also. Although Bulcsú tried his best in sixth frame to level the match but Antoni kept him on bay and won 72-41 to become champion.
