Aleksandra Bogatyreva wins against Albina Leschuk

Aleksandra Bogatyreva from Russia registered her first win of the competition by defeating Albina Leschuk of Belarus.
After losing first frame, Albina emerged stronger in next and was maintaining lead over Aleksandra. Down by 7 points, Aleksandra placed an excellent snooker for last red and earned 29 points. After that Albina tried hard to recover but clear potting by Aleksandra for remaining colours by made her the winner.
Anupama Ramachandran from India recovered from 1 frame down to win subsequent frames and won 2-1 against Nikolly Kyriacopoulo from Brazil. In the decider frame she also scored a break of 53 points to close the proceedings.
However, Anupama lost her first match of the day 2-0 against Siripaporn Nuanthakhamjan of Thailand. In this match Siripaporn also crafted 57 points break to set new high break of the competition surpassing 53 of her compatriot Nutcharat.
