Where the discussions took place on the arrangements of the 2017 IBSF World 6Red and Team Snooker Championships.
Mrs. Reham El-Sherbini announced that Egypt air will offer 20% discount to the participants on air tickets plus 4 free air tickets to the winners.
The British ambassador said he is happy to that one of the most popular sports in the UK ‘Snooker’ being organised in Egypt as ‘World 6Reds and Team Snooker’ and added if someone asked him where to spend his holiday, he would tell Egypt as the best choice.
Mr. Emad Farid - Pyramisa hotels Director of Sales & Marketing mentioned that Sahl Hasheesh is one of the best destinations in Egypt and the hotel is fully renovated and will personally make sure that all participants have a good time during the championships.
The President of the Egyptian federation, Mr. Kammah informed that total 24 snooker tables (18 for match and 6 for practice) will be used for the competitions and everyone will be met at Hurghada airport with free transportation to the hotel. As Snooker is very popular in UK, the President of the EFBS invited the British ambassador to play the opening shot of the championship.
Mr. Hisham El-Demery - Chairman of Tourism Promotion Authority said that he will support the championship with the prize money and mentioned that plenty of cheap charter flights to Hurghada wishing everyone to enjoy their stay in Egypt.
