Tatjana, Ng On Yee starts on winning node

Former European Champion, Tatjana Vasiljeva of Latvia and multiple time World Champion, Ng On Yee of Hong Kong played their first group stage matches and both won respectively.
Tatjana played against Pui Ying Chu of Hong Kong and defeated her 3-1. Tatjana won the first two frames with good margin (80-29 and 71-33) but in third frame Pui countered and won 61-06 to narrow down the deficit. However, that not affected Tatjana at all and she won the fourth frame 58-34 and the match as well 3-1.
The Hong Kong player Ng On Yee also won all three frames one-sided but she faced some good scoring shots from Floriza Andal of Philippines. Although she did not allow much chances to Floriza and kept the situation under control. In fact she also posted a brilliant break of 52 points in second frame of the match.
