The Belgian Billiards & Snooker Association (BBSA) will host the 2016 IBSF World Under-18 and Under-21 (Men & Women) Snooker Championships at MOL, Belgium from 16th till 25th August 2016 (The Under-18 even from 16th till 20th August and Under-21 event from 20th till 25th August).
Entry for these Championships already started and Member Countries can now enter their player's names and details on IBSF Entry System using their respective login credentials. Closing date for entries is 15th July 2016.
Each country can send up to 4 players in each competition and the players should be less than 18 or 21 years old by the 31st December 2015. All players must present their passport to the Tournament Office before the start of the matches.
Entry fee will be US$ 70.00 per player must be Championship per player and to be paid to the IBSF on first day of the championship. Under-18 players can also enter in the Under-21 championship if they wish.
Mol is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality only comprises the town of Mol with a total population of 35,395 inhabitants. The total area is 114.19 km² which gives a population density of 307 inhabitants per km²
Mol is a popular holiday resort, with a number of lakes surrounded by woods. There are two main tourist lakes:
Zilvermeer, which opened as a Provincial Park in 1959 and offers a white sand beach as well as facilities such as an outdoor playground and an underwater museum for divers.
Zilverstrand: Originally, it had only on outdoor lake with a white sand beach. Later, a caravan park was built and mid-1990s an indoor swimming pool was created.
Furthermore, there is a Sun Parks holiday centre called "Kempense Meren" with an indoor swimming pool.
The museum of Jakob Smits is located in the former vicarage of Mol-Sluis. This displays works of the artist Jakob Smits (1855-1928) and other painters of the Molse School, who were attracted to the area by its rustic views including several windmills (of which only one remains).

Very Important: Bookings must be made ‘online’ through the IBSF website – No players will be allowed to enter the championships if they don’t stay at the Center Park in MOL.
Accommodation will be supplied on a twin share basis for all International Referees Breakfast and one extra meal allowance to be offered to all International Invited Referees 15 International Referees will be invited by the IBSF as follows:
Asia: 5, Africa: 2, America: 1, Europe 5, Oceania: 2.
Please send nomination of your referees to your regional referees association. IBSF will give an extra allowance of $200 USD to each international referee.

Please advice your players that the dress code will be strictly adhered to. All players must wear a waistcoat whilst playing.
- Evening dress or dark-suit together with waist-coat shall be worn in all sessions of the matches. Long-sleeve shirts buttoned at the wrist, waistcoats and bow-ties, shall be worn for all matches, save when the venue conditions are hot and humid, and, in which case, certain relaxation to dress-code requirements may be decided thereupon by the Championship Committee.
- Players will be allowed to wear a sponsor’s logo on the waistcoat with a maximum size of 100 mm x 40 mm or 80 mm in diameter. The Host NSA will inform players if their logos may be worn during any televised stages of the Championship and that players wear them belonging to the Host NSA’s sponsor(s) at no cost to the players.
- The Host NSA will decide the appropriate dress-code for any official functions.
- Failure to comply with the prescribed dress-code may result in the forfeiture of the match by the players in default.

Players may be subjected to Drug testing in accordance with the WCBS Drugs in Sport Policy.
