Kothari, Pham, Advani and Gilly are top four in re-seeding

Sourav Kothari, Nam Pham, Pankaj Advani and Peter Gilchrist secured top 4 seed positions for knockout stage of World Billiards (150-Up). All these players finished their group stage matches without losing a single game.

Amongst these, Kothari, Gilchrist and Advani played their last league match today, whereas Pham had finished his all matches of group stage yesterday itself where he defeated former World champion Rupesh Shah.

Today Kothari defeated David Collins of Australia 3-0 crafting breaks of 113, 97 and 57 in all three games he played.

Advani was also on a good run and produced breaks of 81, 132, 50 and 74 to defeat his compatriot B. Jagadesh.

Gilchrist made an impressive break of 154 points, which is now highest break of this championship. He made this break today morning in third game of his match against V. Subramanian of India.

The knockout matches have now started and four outside matches are between:

Rupesh Shah (India) vs. Binh Nguyen (Vietnam)
Brijesh Damani (India) vs. Jason Colebrook (Australia)
Chul Ho Hwang (South Korea) vs. Hitesh Kotwani (India)
V. Subramanian (India) vs. David Collins (Australia)
