Asjad, Advani, Asif and Bingtao in medals round

Defending champion, Pankaj Advani alongwith reigning world champion Yan Bingtao and host nations, Asjad Iqbal and former world champion Muhammad Asif made it thru to the semi finals of 2015 IBSF World 6Reds championship.

Tomorrow in the semis, Asjad will be playing  against Pankaj Advani and Asif will take on Yan Bingtao.

In quarter finals, Advani poured in four breaks to knockout Mohammad Rais Senzahi of Afghanistan. Rais managed only to win 2nd and 6th frame before making an exit from competition.

Asjad Iqbal of Pakistan exhibited impressive snooker and thrashed India's Manan Chandra 5-1 to meet another Indian Advani in semis.Both, Asjad and Manan had won each frame when Asjad accelerated and crafted breaks of 54, 38, 37 and 51 points leaving no hope for Manan.

Shahram Changezi attempted well and was leading 3-2 against former world champion and his compatriot Muhammad Asif but Asif had many bows in his quiver that he used in next three frames to knockout Changezi and confirm his meeting with reigning world champion Yan Bingtao of China, who again had an impressive game in one of the best match so far.

In a worth watching match, Yan and Bilal, both made 7 breaks in total 8 frames played. Yan started with a break of 38 that Bilal replied with breaks of 47, 53, 57 to raise 3-2 lead. But, Yan was too good in next three frames having breaks of 35, 31 and 59 points to go ahead in semis.
