Boonyarit, Kacper and Jamie faced decider before stepping in quarters

Facing the tough opposition from Ryan Thomerson of Australia, Boonyarit had lost first three frames and in that alarming situation, he composed himself and produced break of 61 to win the fourth frame by a narrow margin. After regaining the lost confidence, he came up with a century break of 113 in 5th frame and 74 in 6th. He also capitalized next frame too and obtained 4-3 lead. However, Ryan won the 8th frame to set decider where Boonyarit imposed another break of 60 points to win the match and move into quarter finals.

The Polish player Kacper Filipiak and Jamie Clarke of Wales also faced stiff competition and decider before entering into quarters. Where Kacper knocked out Alexander Ursenbacher of Sweden, Jamie oust Brandon Sargeant of England.
