Siripaporn Nuanthakhamjan of Thailand won the 2nd edition of IBSF World Women 6Reds Championship and retained the title in Asia that was won by Ng On Yee last year.
Today Siripaporn defeated Anastasia Nechaeva to claim her maiden world title. Her accurate potting helped her climbing high and gained 2-0 lead. However, third frame slipped from her hands on black ball but she again secured the fourth frame to maintain the lead.
There was a chance for Anastasia to win the next frame and set decider but Siripaporn on next available chance made perfect pot on blue and pink to win the championship.
Siripaporn had an impressive journey and exhibited more refined performance this time from earlier. This title becomes more special to her as she defeated all big names for the title. In Last-16 she knocked out defending champion, Ng On Yee and later defeated reigning world under-21 champion Jessica Woods, former European Champion, Tatjana Vasiljeva in quarter and Semis respectively and now the reigning European champion Anastasia in the final.
