Wendy proves her supremecy and defended the title

Windy Jans proves her supremacy once again by successfully defending her title against tough challenge from debuting Chunxia Shi of China. She beat Shi 5-3 in a tightly contested final to retain her title.
Wendy gave a windy start to take away 3 frames at a cost of one. She also had two breaks of 41 and 46 points in that process. Mute spectator Shi got into the game after that and played magnificent shots to counter Wendy's lead. Sooner Shi reached at 3-all stage.
Wendy had sensed the danger on time and put in her all experience to pocket next frame to step ahead.
The next frame was also tough and Wendy made some mistakes but controlled on time to grab the title once again before Shi could do anything.
