Damani won the crucial match

Last round of group stages for 6Reds event has already started and players are giving finishing touch to their performances to get better seeding in the knockout stage.
With that vision, Brijesh Damani (India) put outstanding efforts to win the match against England's Nick Jennings and got the well paid results.
Jennings started with a frame win but soon the same was countered by Damani in the to level 1-1. Further also Damanin won the frame to gain lead but Jennings refused to let it go like this. Consecutively in next two frames, Jennigns did not show a single ball to Damani and won the frames 40-00, 54-00 to regain lead 3-2.
In sixth and seventh frame too, Jennings gave a good start but stuck up after making few points and Damani capitalized all the shots wherever he was getting in order to win frames and match 4-3.
Another Indian Shahbaaz Adil Khan, however, lost to Mohammed Al Joaker 1-4 but before that in 4th frame he pulled himself up by placing snookers to gain points. He was down 42-00 with one red left on the table and traveled from Nil to 38 but lost the frame 56-38. Already down 1-3 gave a tough fight in fifth frame too but result went other way despite having good rally between Joaker and Khan.
The Irishmen, Rodney Goggins's efforts and break of 60 points also went in vain when he lost remaining two frames to Mohammad Sajjad for end result 4-3. Rodney was leading 2-Nil (41-01 and 41-07) when Sajjad pulled next two frames to level the match. Rodney returned with a massive break of 60 points but couldn't do anything in remaining two frames and lost 01-37 and 00-60.
