In Memory of Dave Joyce

It is with great sadness that I learn that our friend Dave Joyce suddenly passed away on Saturday.

We have had many meetings and communications with Dave since the last IBSF General Assembly in Wels, where Dave was the delegate of the EASB. We had planned to work together for the benefit of the EASB and our sport, to enable the IBSF to assist the EASB to gain their much needed recognition.

Dave was not only known for his delegate's talents, but he was a referee and a tutor unanimously appreciated by everyone.

On behalf of the IBSF I wish to express our most sincere condolences to his wife Barbara and all of his family.

Dave will be greatly missed as a great worker within our sport and as a friend to many people.
